Fees and additional charges

Fees are sent in half term blocks and must be paid within the first two weeks of a new half term to secure your child’s place. If this is not made, I cannot guarantee your child’s space and it may be offered to someone else due to waiting lists.

The addition of a late fee will apply during week 3 of each new half term. If your fees aren’t secured or arrangements made within the first two weeks you will incur an additional £5 late fee.

Please use your individual invoice number as a reference when paying online.

Please give as much notice if you are looking to cease attending lessons as no refunds will be given once payment is made.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of poor weather conditions or circumstances beyond my control classes may have to be cancelled. Alternative classes may be offered; however fees will not be refunded if this is not possible.

This could include lessons being moved online for a temporary period.

Drinks in class

Children should bring their own drink in a clearly marked drinks container with their name. Ideally water or squash.

Safety

No parent or guardian should enter the building unless invited by Miss Becky.

Toilet

Children should be fully toilet trained before attending or discussions have taken place with Miss Becky to assess a child’s needs. Please ensure that you encourage your child to use the toilet before classes start to minimise disruption for the rest of the pupils.

Uniform and clothing

Please ensure your child is dress appropriately for the class they are attending. Especially for the younger classes please do consider what they are wearing that they are able to undress themselves when they need the toilet. Please encourage full class uniform for proper etiquette. Please ensure their hair tied up neatly for safety this doesn't need to be a bun. Please remove jewellery for safety purpose.

Class Times

Please ensure your child is dressed ready for class in plenty of time and collected promptly. If they wish to change they must be able to do so by themselves.

Communication

Parents will receive all communications via email, I will occasionally reach out via other sources if necessary. Phone will be the main form of emergency contact.
